"It was a Terrible experience with Expedia even tho I saved a few dollars. I couldn’t get assistance from Expedia compounded with heavy rain during an evening check in. I ended up paying an extra night upfront just so I can stayed away from the heavy rain during my stay as it was unsafe to drive."

The check in process is a pain in the a&$$ The keypass needs to be collected from another site and the ph. number on the expedia site was wrong. When I got the correct number, the phone was only answered after the fourth occassion. "
