"The resort service was good and the staff were generally helpful. However, the villas are starting to show their age. Some of the floor laminates show signs of water damage, and the electrical sockets are worn out. Overall, the villas could benefit from some upgrades and refurbishment. Aside from the services offered by Vinpearl, there aren’t many options from independent vendors. Only a few convenience stores are operating in the colorful buildings, while the rest remain empty and have not yet been furnished. If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway where you can simply relax, this is a good place to stay. However, if you want to experience local food and the local nightlife, I would recommend staying on the mainland instead."

"When we checked in we got an upgrade to the Kubera Condotel which was very nice. Our stay was excellent. Room was very clean and the housekeeping lady that we always saw was always nice. All the staff were very nice and polite always saying hello as you go past. Both pools were great but the big on can get very crowded as expected . Breakfast was pretty good and had a decent variety. Can use the buggy if you dont want to walk 5 mins to the main building. The resort is a bit away from the city centre but its very calm, relaxing and quiet."

"I visited for the second time. I liked it so much on my first visit that this time I brought my son. There are no water play facilities or other attractions, but instead I think it offers greater peace, tranquility, and perfect healing. It seems I’ll be traveling to other countries and cities for the time being, but when I come to Vietnam next, I definitely plan to visit again, and I hope I’ll successfully book a villa garden view there. I highly recommend it as a really great place. I was grateful that the staff were very kind and provided professional service."
