"Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

"This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. "Absolutely fantastic stay at Croyde, the staff and facilities were excellent. There were so many activities available, with no fuss at all, everything was laid out already e.g. mini golf, table tennis, badminton and many more. Despite being August and fully booked, nothing felt too busy; the pool was relatively quiet both times we used it. The only possible fault I could find, is the lack of Air Con in the hotel room, but that was reflected in the price and there was also a fan provided in the room."
