Beautifully updated and refreshed home within walking distance to Lake Huron, bars, restaurants, Neimans Grocery store and park. Boat launch is about 3-4 blocks away. This home sleeps 4 comfortable in 2 queen beds, has a futon in living room for additional sleeping. The home will sleep 6 people. There is a small kitchen with drop leaf table that will comfortably sit 4, but there are 6 chairs in the home. within 2-3 miles from downtown East Tawas, where there are more choices for shopping, restaurants, bars etc. Monthly rates available. Fisherman welcome! There is newly installed camera in basement in furnace room, facing boiler heater and water heater for safety and monitoring of heating system only.

Very nice stay
We had a very nice stay in this nicely renovated compact home in Tawas City. It was very clean, with comfortable beds and linens. Walkable to everything in the little town. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to visit friends in the area.

The property was clean and in a good location. The home was supplied with everything you would need and if you forgot toiletries, there were some there for use. The coffee bar was a nice feature too. Snacks were a great touch, especially for a late arrival. Would stay again if in the area.
