"Room was clean but very old!"

"The front staff was very friendly, they had freshly baked cookies at the front desk. The breakfast has freshly baked banana bread and a staff member that cooked eggs to your order. These few things I've mentioned gave this property a small hometown type of feeling. However I found the king bed we slept in to be on the very firm side I would have liked something a little softer."

Restaurant was good (very quiet this time of year) but food was good and fresh. Breakfast was included and a nice selection of dishes. Friendly service everywhere at this facility, enjoy!"

"Unprofessional Front Desk Experience During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. On multiple occasions, the receptionist greeted me with “What’s up?”—an informal and inappropriate greeting in a hospitality setting. I waited patiently in line, was polite throughout, yet was met with an unprofessional attitude. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, and we were assigned a room on the third floor. Although we didn’t complain about the inconvenience, I believe staff should maintain a higher level of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with guests."
