Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. We checked in after 6:00 p.m., and Amanda at the front desk was amazing—she was thorough, welcoming, pleasant, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, a great experience.

The room wasn't fully cleaned the bathroom fan didn't work. The glass sliding door to get to the balcony was very dirty. The front desk staff was friendly.

Loved the room and the area around the room. However, the patio was literally covered in every inch with bird crap. Couldn't let our young toddler run around out there. Luckily we were only there for one day.

The room was nice and clean. We went with this hotel due to its location. It had a balcony that you could watch the falls. However, the balcony was so dirty with bird poop and cobwebs, that we were not able to sit out and enjoy it. The location is 5 star. The breakfast was good. Just the condition of the balcony since that was what we were there for, to enjoy the falls.
