I loved this hotel. Very friendly. Huge rooms, everything you could need. The grounds in front of the park are decorated for Christmas and just steps from the parking lot. Breakfast had everything from egg dish with add ins, waffles, fruit, toaster assortment but then snacks for later. A+++

Got a complementary upgrade and it was so nice. Bed was extremely comfortable- soaker bathtub was amazing, and staff were great! The pool and spa were a hit, but I would have liked the pool to be a tab bit warmer, but kiddos loved it! Great location

We had the best check-in! The girl who checked us in was super friendly and made us feel right "at home". The lobby and surrounding area were impeccably clean and our room was spotless. Lovely stay!

This is the best hotel in Idaho Falls. It's clean, spacious, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is great, the pool/hot tub is lovely (minus some inconsiderate kids acting foolish which the front desk put at stop to quickly). Worth the extra $$.
