Family home. An older house with heaps of character (even secret room and playroom for kids). New deck with bbq, bonfire with wood in shed provided. In the centre of a save suburb. Walks around estuary. Only 15 min drive to the Mount beaches. Private garden with space to kick a ball or do gymnastics. End of cul de sac with entry to the private bush. Basic amenities provided. Fully fenced section save for pets and children.
