We stayed one night and it was just for somewhere to sleep. Good price for what it is. The shower was amazing, beds were lovely to sleep in. Right on the water front. Quite cold rooms, with the high ceilings and no double glazing, but they have heat pumbs and only takes a couple of minutes to heat the room to a good temp. Little outdated with standard wear and tear but it is clean. Overall I would still stay again! Oh and super lovely staff!!

Our stay was okay - loved the view from our room. We struggled to unlock the door - the key went in easily but would not turn. We talked to a friendly staff member who said to just pull the door in as you try and turn - still took a while to get it to work. Was esp hard at 10 at night in the cold! There was also no drop box for the key when we left at 8.25am.

The view is amazing as we stayed in the lakeside room. The service was excellent and the staff was extremely nice. The sleeping experience was perfect too with a very good mattress, pillows and blankets. I will absolutely book with this hotel again in the future.

Good location and facilities, the only thing letting the accommodation down is the bed. The most uncomfortable bed I've ever been in! no support in mattress whatsoever you roll to the middle of the bed it was that soft. We booked for two nights and only stayed one due to how uncomfortable it was.

After checking in we discovered our child’s bed had live bugs between the sheets and in the pillow. We promptly packed up and went to the front desk. When telling the front desk of the unsafe situation they literally did not respond at all. They just stared so we left the room key and left. Leaving us to scramble last minute for an available hotel. We had paid in advance for a two night stay at Oasis Beach Resort and the hotel is being no responsive in request for refund as service was not provided due to the motel not upholding their end of the agreement. Buyer beware. Do not book with this motel.

The room smelt badly when I entered it, it stunk of cicarette smoke and had a horrible musty smell, the hotel arranged for one of their housekeeping staff to come and have a look , a short while later I was told they had gone home ; the reception lady came and sprayed a deodoriser in the room which helped a little - the hotel gave a complimentary breakfast , the room looks like it needs a makeover as it was dated with old curtains and furnishings , it was very disappointing, this was dirty in comparison to other hotels I stay in by monthly on business
