Check-in was smooth, although it was a busy day. Hotel facilities are fine, and heated pools are the highlight. We figured the wall-mounted heater wasn't working, but the room was naturally heated due to geothermal activities while the outside temperature was below 8 degrees Celsius. Breakfast was quite good and exceeded our expectations. Overall we can recommend the hotel for families travelling with young children, and it's a fair deal during the Easter break.

Check on and out was easy. Beds were comfortable. Carpet was old. We had ants in our bag because we had an apple. There were heaps. Not nice to wake up to. It was also quite noisey.
