"Property was comfortable for 14 people. Only stayed two nights with extended family but overall was very nice. Could use a bit of attention in places. On tank water so supply not reliable. Rustic but charming location."

"The host was very kind and showed us how to use the generator. Some may be bothered by the noise of the generator. There was no signal (Optus) and no WiFi, so I enjoyed living completely disconnected."

Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing weekend with family, friends or just a couple. totally per friendly. Our Labrador loved everything even the visit each morning from Jack and Mitch. "The hosts Belinda & Mark were wonderful. I hiked to the cottage and needed help getting provisions and a lift to the highway next day. The "tiny" cottage was modern, light and lots of fun. It had everything and I had fun, but using the tiny kitchen was a juggling exercise. If only the trailer was just 1 meter longer, it would have enabled a reasonable amount of kitchen bench space and a bench to place and use baggage. The 'tiny' dining suite was just too small and seats were uncomfortable. ...

"An excellent property with an excellent wood heater that was greatly appreciated due to the brisk weather. Location is excellent and the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything that we needed. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy The Grand Ettie cafe and the Argyle Hotel restaurant as well as the scenic local countryside."

"We had a wonderful stay at Taralga Terraces - Whiting's Store and loved the town. It was cold so we made the most of the combustion fire and the beds were cozy and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had all the amenities we needed. We ventured out to Wombeyan Caves and also had dinner at The Argyle Inn which was fantastic. Crookwell is also a lovely little town. Lisa was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back to this centrally located property."

"We felt at home the moment we walked in. Such a cozy, warm welcoming, luxurious house. The little touches like the fresh milk and bottle of wine in the fridge and the cookies in the kitchen were much appreciated. Just lovely."

"My sister & I stayed at The Lodge. We had a relaxing but also a fun time. So many things to do in the games room. The views are spectacular. The hosts were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The Lodge had everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this property"

"Communication about this property is terrible! The property manager is a liar and will most likely double book the property through another booking site and then lie to you and tell you it is Stayz fault! Do not waste your time!"
