Imagine a vacation home that you would immediately call "home". This is Villa Fendt 1 near Porec! A wonderful family villa with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The exterior alone will enchant you with its turquoise blue swimming pool, which is all yours to refresh yourself on hot summer days. Relax in the sun on one of the sun loungers with your favorite magazine in your hand or spend cosy barbecue evenings on the covered terrace with charcoal grill.

Enter the tastefully furnished interior via the terrace! Here you will find a cozy living room, the dining area and the well-equipped modern kitchen. On the same level there is a bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom. The staircase leads you to the upper floor, where there are two more chic bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms each have access to the shared balcony, where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning in peace and quiet or retreat with a good book.

Villa Fendt 1 is located in Vabriga, between the romantic towns of Porec and Novigrad. The two famous Istrian towns are each only 7 km away from the villa and offer many opportunities for visitors right by the sea. Vabriga, on the other hand, is a rather quiet place where everything for daily needs is available - supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The west coast of Istria is ideal for culture enthusiasts, sports fans and active vacationers. Whether sightseeing, cycling, hiking, golfing, tennis, diving, free climbing or paragliding. Top-Unterkunft auch die Vermieterin war sehr sympathisch und alles lief ohne Probleme ab. Allerdings gibt es -1 Stern aufgrund falscher Beschreibung ( 4 statt 6 Liegestühle für 6 Personen, Parkplätze für 2 ( max. 2 Smart ) und die Mülltonne war bei Ankunft bereits voll und wurde nicht geleert trotz Info… stand halt dann vor dem Haus😅. Und leider und sehr ungewöhnlich, hat der Pool gar keine Beleuchtung. Kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.
