"Breakfast was nice! The day we had breakfast, the pancakes were pretty dry/bland. Not much of a variety to choose from. But that’s ok, as there was lots of great food amenities nearby. A lot of walkable stores to go to as well. The room itself was comfy, cozy & quiet. They had a little table furniture for eating on, the one in the living room area was broken/ sitting sideways, so when my daughter went to place her food on top to use, it completely fell over! So that was unfortunate. The beds were super comfy! It felt like being wrappped in a cloud. We had a lot of trash being a big family, so I wish there was extra trash bags in the room to use. Staff was friendly & very helpful! Letting us have a late checkout as my husband was having a work meeting inside the hotel until 4pm. it is very much appreciated! Over all, the hotel is very clean, cozy, & nice! Home away from home. We would very much stay here again in the future when we are in the area. "

"My family and I; enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Our greatest appreciation was the cleanliness of the house in which we stayed. It was like home away from home. Even though there was a minor hiccup on our last night, with the smoke alarms going off. However, Ryker addressed it immediately after he was notified. As well as extended our check-out time by a few hours for the inconvenience. Showing great hospitality!Thank you, Ryker and Staff.. "

"Our stay was disappointing as the pictures are deceiving. The living area and back yard are a good size but the guest bedrooms are small. The interior is dated and in need of repairs and new paint. Transitions between the different floor treatments are broken or missing creating a possible trip hazard. The kitchen was minimally stocked with pots and pans and there were exactly 6 place settings for dining purposes making cooking and eating difficult. The host did respond to concerns of ours but due to the short stay they were not able to be corrected. Neighborhood is quiet and in a good location."
