Even though there was a minor hiccup on our last night, with the smoke alarms going off. However, Ryker addressed it immediately after he was notified. "We had a great stay with our research lab to support data collection in the Yolo/Sacramento Area. The house was nice and spacious."

"Our stay was disappointing as the pictures are deceiving. The living area and back yard are a good size but the guest bedrooms are small. The interior is dated and in need of repairs and new paint. Transitions between the different floor treatments are broken or missing creating a possible trip hazard. The kitchen was minimally stocked with pots and pans and there were exactly 6 place settings for dining purposes making cooking and eating difficult. The host did respond to concerns of ours but due to the short stay they were not able to be corrected. Neighborhood is quiet and in a good location."
