Room was filthy. Hotel was overall noisy. House keeping was very noisy while cleaning. Constant door slamming. Only convenience was the location. Very bad experience. Will not be staying there ever again.

Internet rubbish. Sheet, towel service supposed to be every 3 days sometimes it was a week. Same for room cleaning Hip bath very difficult to step over in and out for shower. Dryers not working in laundry.

Just another old hotel in need of moderizations. Flooring old and wore out. Dryers are out of service had to spend the day drying my clothes with a blowdryer. No airport shuttleservice. Air conditioner barely cooled during the day. Locks on doors are questionable( i could see through the crack in between the door and the door jamb) would i stay here again? Never, Not even for 45.00 a night and it cost me 92.00

Located in Tumon, the Grand Plaza Hotel was conveniently located in a walkable tourist area with many shops and restaurants and also across from the Police Station. ABC Store is next door. My only real issue with this hotel during my stay is that the walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors from both sides!

Although not as bad as the previous property I stayed at, the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Door was supposed to be self locking, but wouldn't close correctly without slamming it shut. A hot water maker was provided, but it had a good amount of rust or something on the bottom of it. Otherwise, room was decently clean. Air conditioner seemed new, worked well, and was surprisingly quiet.

Place is decent. it has changed a lot since I was there last and that was before the pandemic. Our lay over on Guam to Saipan for not till the next morning. So, its decent enough. Front Desk Lady was very nice, that made a difference.

This place is great if you need an affordable place to stay and you don't need any extra amenities or luxury. My room was fair but the mirror was dirty and the bedding had stains and there is no fitted sheet. If you didn't rent a car then there was taxi and a nearby shuttle. Location is ideal if visiting Tumon Bay and the surrounding shopping centers. It was also noisy when I stayed due to noisy guests and construction being done in the building, but the construction was being done at a fairly resonable time unless you want to sleep in.

My fell from my very small bed. Then I found out that the phone was not working. The workers did tell me. There was no services at all. No place to eat at the hotel. I have not been reimbursed for the balance of my money till now.

Bathroom toilet was not cleaned well. The tub was not a built-in one, but instead they placed a separate tub (one with short legs) in the shower which made it unstable when stepping into it. Bed sheets were extremely wrinkled, so you can't be sure if it was changed or not. Thankfully I brought a thin blanket which I slept on. You can hear the neighbors walking in the hallway too. Would not stay here again.

Hotel states that it has a shuttle that goes to and from the airport however when called to see about where to meet the shuttle they stated they no longer provide due to COVID. Not a big deal but they need to update site to reflect the change in shuttle service.

I have stayed here many times. No problems. On this occasion the elevator was broken and I was put on the fifth floor. The clerk at the desk thought this was funny. My room door didn’t shut and lock and the phone in the room didn’t work. My wife tried to call me but the clerk refused to help.

Bang for the buck!
Hotel was suffering from the aftermath of a typhoon, but the electricity and water were on...not so for the rest of Guam...and there is no more airport shuttle bus...but there is a great Chinese restaurant across the street, and a convenience store next to the property, so, overall, I'd give the place a good review.

Wifi was slow, bad phone connection inside the hotel, room was old and dirty, bed was uncomfortable, not enough outlet plugs, power kept going out, elevator was not working, toilet got clogged, room was not ready by my check in time. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
