Very good property and area.

Very good property. Excellent for one or two people. It does not have assigned parking but I always got parking on the street in front of the property. There are very good restaurants nearby.

Nice Room in Great Area

We travelled to Tampa for a concert and booked this room for one night. I was never contacted by the Host after booking, which is unusual…most hosts will message to thank you for the booking. I contacted the Host multiple times to ask about checking in one hour early and never received a reply. On the day of check-in I had to contact VRBO customer support to contact the Host for check-in instructions. The apartment was very nice though very small. Even the towels were small! LOL Didn’t even wrap around my waist and I’m not a big girl. No real living area…just a bedroom, dining area and kitchen. No sofa or seating area. The contemporary decor of the unit and the building was well done and everything appeared to be new. The location was great…lots of nice restaurants within walking distance, but the unit was not soundproof and we could hear traffic on the street below all night…including drag racing at 2:00 am! The worst thing was the bed…it was horrible! My hips and lower back were killing me the next morning. Definitely need to replace the mattress or invest in a good topper.
