Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

House has fully enclosed yard. Host was ontop of communication and fixed issues promptly. Big suggestion would be to create a binder with house rules/common FAQ section. Place is in a safe neighborhood/area overall is nice. If in area again, I would stay here again.
