Beer bourbon bbq festival stay

The house is very spacious! We had a group of 8 but could comfortably sleep more. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house

Plenty of space. Loft provides additional room. Plenty of storage in the kitchen. Just far enough from downtown but just close enough to where it doesn’t feel like such a hike. Neighborhood was nice and quiet at night.

Nice clean house

We stayed at this home with 12 adults. It is in a convenient location with restaurants nearby etc. The upstairs loft are has a very low ceiling , but, had plenty of beds for our crew to sleep. A few opted to sleep on the couch. There's a cute lake and park walking distance from the property. Our host was very easy to contact with any questions we had.

Convenient location/Needs some work

Giving this place 10/10 is a big stretch. For some reason I thought there were a lot more reviews when I booked this place and now there are only 4 that are all 10s?? The house was fine for what it was but could be a bit better. One of the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, the couch was very stained, and the floors were dirty. The closet door in the master room was broken and kept falling off its hinges. There were dishes in the dishwasher and I don't really want to be doing someone else's dishes when I'm away from home. The back door was off the frame, it literally looked like it had been kicked in so that was a little concerning.The neighborhood is definitely up and coming but we didn't feel unsafe and the location was great for everywhere we needed to go. We had our dogs and it was nice to walk them around. Unfortunately, I thought the pictures were a bit deceiving all the way around. It also looks like there is a fenced backyard, and there sort of is, but it's not accessible from inside the house and if cars are parked in the driveway, they block the opening. The host was great and communicative. I think if some of the things above were fixed, and the cleaning tightened up, it would be a great place to stay given the location.
