Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home.. this adorable an affordable rental offers a bright and open floor plan. In the master bedroom you will be very comfortable with the queen size medium to firm bed. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin size bed. This home is located within 15 to 20 minutes at the most to everything that Tampa has to offer and I just 30 minutes to world famous Clearwater Beach. 20 minutes to St Petersburg.

Perfect for our family. We like the open floor plan and enjoyed sitting on the cozy porch. Owner was very responsive.

We had difficulty with keypad. But property manager was available for help. The house was cozy and comfortable. The front porch was nice for morning and evening sitting. There were some soft spots in the floor. Overall, we had a good stay.

House is cute inside but has its quirks. Floor is no where near level (feels like your in an unlevel camper). First night we had a neighbor playing salsa music with loud bass. Fortunately that quieted down around 11pm (it was a Sat night).My biggest hang-up (and what kept me from inviting family and friends over) was the location. It's in the middle of a pretty blighted area. Lots of trailer homes, very shanty-town feel.I didn't feel unsafe, and once inside, I had no thought about it. It met our needs, was clean, updated, and the host was responsive. We needed a last-minute reservation for an in-demand area during the rush of spring break. And for that, it worked, but people who are expecting more than just a place to stay, might be disappointed.

Stay away. Horrible beds ,duct tape dish washer none of the doors close or lock including bathroom .freezer door doesn't open no washer or dryer. Owner is watching you via cameras the neighbor is in a trailer park area . Typically cheap vrbo throw together .
