"Originally booked courtyard, but upon arrival, I learned that there was a fire in the hotel and they did not even let me know. Had to book something nearby last minute. The experience with Holiday Inn was perfect from beginning to end. I arrived a little disappointed as one can imagine they quickly welcomed me and had my room ready to go. Keep in mind I booked this five minutes before arriving and they already had everything ready.Highly recommend if I can give it more than 10 stars I would. Would definitely stay again. Next time I come to Tampa. "
