Excellent location with great staff

Been a very pleasant stay so far and have more nights to go. Will at the front desk is extremely helpful and has no problem helping to explain things. Staff has been all friendly and caring. Would definitely stay again and have no issues recommending this location to others.

The beds were made and clean, the staff for my check in was great.. but then we saw roaches started running around. I thought i had the other Extended Stay but it was a new across the street. There was no gym or pool, in this place, only next door and no they are not connected only through name. I appreciate the man at the front desk during check in, but i would never return. I might skip tampa all together.

Saw a roach on the very first day...also lots of people living in this hotel so lots of smells and loitering...the staff was friendly and check in was quick

The room was spacious and had a nice kitchenette. Dishes, etc. could be checked out at the front desk. We were a little disappointed that the breakfast listed on their website was not available. The location is convenient from I-75 and is a short drive to more dining options via a service road. There were absolutely no amenities, not even hand towels, but the property was clean and reasonably priced.

What I like about this place. Close the rims, they were very clean. The shower was awesome, and it was pretty quiet. Through the ninth. And what I didn't like about this place, what's the surrounding buildings outside with people cooking out and yeah, kids running everywhere. But rather than that, I'll give this place 4 stars

Very Clean!

It was more of a place where people live than stay for a night. It was very clean and the desk staff was very friendly. They do not keep soap in the rooms, but will give it to you when you ask. Not bad at all for the price.

We couldn’t stay long. The whole property smelled like smoke, the door to the room was difficult to open and it was infested with roaches. We saw more than a dozen in the room alone, and our stay only lasted about fifteen minutes. There were some hanging out on the door as well, trying to get in. The staff was very nice, understanding and helpful though. It if weren’t for the bugs, it would not have been as bad of an experience.

There was excessive amounts of noise coming from the upstairs. The noise lasted all night long going into the morning. Very hard to sleep other then that staff was nice.

Wow, let’s see it smells like marijuana, the floor was uneven and missing pieces, the bathroom had mold on top of the door, toilet barely flushed, the tv says free kitchen supplies but front desk has a 19.99 sign for supplies, the sheets were forever stained, the floor was pure black, the beds were fulls not queens, nothing in kitchen at all, no coffee maker, there wasn’t enough towels or TP, no shampoo,& return your towels to get more. The luggage cart had a flat tire. However the staff was polite. I cannot believe how much this cost me to stay here!

This property was filthy, the floors were always sticky, stains everywhere, deteriorated trim and broken toilet and shower. The staff was wonderful, but the first thing we noticed when getting out of our car was a strong smell of marajuana outside and in the building.

The rooms were decent for the 5 nights we stayed. No housekeeping at all, we had to get our own towels and take the dirty ones down. Breakfast was only coffee, teas, muffins, granola bars & oatmeal/grits packets. Staff was friendly but the rooms were outdated with rusty stoves and fridges. Wish we got more for the price we paid. At least have a housekeeping stop by the rooms - we basically had to do it all ourselves.
