"On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required.
Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop...

"Located at Indera Mahkota and easily accessible from the main road leading to Kuantan. Adjacent to plenty of amenities i.e Family Mart is smack right in front of the Hotel with a walking distance to LOTUS, MCD, Pharmacy. Location is also ideal to those athletes who seldom have events at the Pahang sport zones.

"After i booked the room, there's no information on how to check in. After i reached the place only I'm told need qr code to go in. There's also no contact no given. Luckily the security guard passed me the contact no to contact the person in charge.
