The Hotel was very well kept together and updated amenities. Family friendly with a great pool, not too big. The hotel itself was a little far from the Malls so it meant it wasn't as busy, but you have to take a taxi/Grab to get there since it's isolated.The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Room was clean. Bed is very comfortable. The icing on the cake was the foodcourt behind the hotel, which made it more convenient.

Staying here for work reason. They have renovation at level 4, and I got room at level 3. I thought it can't be that bad. But, it was loud like they are drilling above my room. But, the hotel is nice enough to change my room. So, at the end, it was great.

A frequent guest but of late the change of ownership has impacted the personal touch. TV channels has reduced and not family, especially kids, friendly (now only 6 TV channels - no cartoon, movies or chinese channels). Shower as usual, temperature can be ice cool and boiling hot within a min. Needs to step in/out at least 5 times in a min of shower. Breakfast buffer is ok. Not planning to return until the TV and shower improve.

The location is good . It near to a lot of place , like telok cempedak, shopping mall , satezul also . Staff is friendly and willing to help . Breakfast is quite simple . I bought 3 days breakfast before I check in . But just eat 1day as it really simple . Con : this is my 1st time that we must ask for room make up , otherwise they will not make up your room automatic .
