"First time in the area and on Lake Martin. Came in for a high school fishing tournament and the area/home was perfect. There is a ramp in the neighborhood which made it a lot easier. The home was very clean and a perfect size for our family. Check in and communication with the host was spot on. We plan to be back soon!"

"cute concept but way too restrictive. Creek Is 20-30 ft below cabins. with huge rocks and trees. In my judgement making it way too dangerous for children to be around, adults for that matter too. Drives are covered in huge gravel making them unsuitable for walking and no trails leaves you feeling unfulfilled. Visitors felt uncomfortable driving by the huge old abandoned buildings.. Cabins were very nice but with unfinished mouldings, no curtains, in the woods Cmon, an older uncomfortable, couch...
