The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom had mold. No soap or hand wash. Extremely noisy.

Propert was nice. However, it is one of those make shift upgrades. If you know you know safe was extremely nice roof top bar was nice

The room smelled horrible like dog. There was mold growing in the showers. The shower was coming out of the roof and there’s an AC unit that’s incredibly loud in the room. Not to mention if you have a normal volume conversation, the entire hallway can hear it. Just not what I expected for a “luxury” stay in Tallahassee.

Well i paid $470 for one night at this place. The rooms are like a prison cell with one small window that you can barely see out of. When I got in my room I noticed a weird smell. They had someone come up and basically just spray air freshner. Later that night i noticed the smell was coming from the bathroom and was much worse. By morning it was so horrid i could not even use the shower. At checkout i asked to speak to management for some type of refund or partial refund since i had paid such a ridiculous price for a 1 star experience. They took my info and said the manager is calling everyone who had complaints about the smell. Been 2 weeks now and no call. At this point i just consider it a lost.

Valet service was amazing! Those are some of the most polite people I’ve met! The hotel is a boutique style place, older stuff, but ok. Our ironing board was broken and the phone was plugged into wrong jack, but we called the desk and was fixed quickly. Some of the ceiling panels in the bathroom were damaged. The bed was VERY comfy though. Level 8 was cool, drinks $20 a pop. Overall, good stay, but a bit overpriced for the ambience.

Valet pricing was so expensive for a small property. My initial room had a really bad order that we can not get rid of, and a plumbing issue upon arrival. It was resolved and the staff was friendly. Just a little disappointed because we pay so much for these hotels.

Room was old with noisy old fashioned wall air conditioner . Bathroom was the tiniest Bathroom I’ve ever seen in a supposedly nice Hotel . Everything was overpriced. Had a Burger,Fries and a horrible red wine. Cost $42.00 at the onsite Shula’s Steak House. Had a glass of white wine at the Rooftop Bar. Cost $24.00. A regular breakfast no frills was $21.00. There’s no convenient off site parking so I had to use the Valet parking that was $37.00 per night. The low light of my stay is when they sent me messages on my phone and constantly reminded me to tip the valet attendant $7 or $8 dollars each time they had to take couple minutes walk to retrieve my vehicle 🚗. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful. I do not recommend this Hotel.

Construction in the area was terrible and while out of the control of the hotel, it was very dirty and challenging to get in and out of the property. Valet service was frustrating and did not assist with luggage. Most disappointing Marriott stay and fell way short of advertisement of property and wish I had selected a different hotel.

Dated rooms. Terrible service. They are being held up by the Autograph collection name when they are nowhere near the standard for that property class. We've been on a road trip for two weeks and this is the worst experience we've had. We were given a terrible room even though l'm a Bonvoy member. Street noise all night long from the four lane road in front of our window. The front desk couldn't print a receipt because I booked through a third party which I have never ever heard of before in any hotel. Room wasn't very clean, stains (I hope) in toilet.

Great experience at Hotel Duval . From the valet to the check in staff, very professional and friendly . Had dinner at Schulas. The waiter was very attentive and engaging . The steak was prepared perfectly . I would highly recommend the Hotel Duval !

Long black hair on the linens (for the second time), non functioning bathroom lights. This plus clientele in the lobby makes it seem like a tinder hookup spot and not a hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel, perhaps in the past but now it's 2.5 which is sad but true.
