We did have an issue the first night I was told they had an issue with their system and that our room was double booked for our first night. We were place at a different riad across the hall/street. We were 5 people and I had intentionally booked with them because they had a room that could accomadate all 5 "

    "Such a beautiful place. Conveniently located at the edge of the Medina so you can arrive by car. The staff is very courteous and helpful, they arranged a guide for us on the first day, made last minute restaurant reservations and recomended a cooking class at a nearby Riad. They even prepared a bagged breakfast for us as we left very early. All in all a great stay!"
