After showering, my skin was so hydrated that I didn't even need lotion, and my hair felt incredibly silky. It is a truly healing environment that cares for both people and nature. "A gem of a hotel! Staff were excellent, room was clean and very comfortable. Room was a good size and had a sitting area. There is no elevator so you need to carry your bags up a rew stairs, and the staff kindly offered to help if needed. Great location to view Mount Fuji! "

"No geral, a experiência foi ótima. As instalações do onsen, a limpeza e a localização do hotel são excelentes, além de a equipe ser muito educada e atenciosa. No entanto, dois pontos impactaram negativamente minha estadia: o primeiro foi a vista da janela, voltada diretamente para a estação, o que destoa de uma proposta de descanso. O segundo, e mais crítico por eu ter o sono leve, foi o isolamento acústico insuficiente, o que me fazia acordar durante a noite com o barulho dos trens"
