"Room was clean and service was impeccable. Staff from reception, room service and restaurant were amazing and gave us a very warm welcome. All issues were resolved very quickly. Ishtiaq from the resturant had made sure we never missed our home foods as ge accommodated all our needs. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Madinah. 10/10 on everything"

"Al Manakha Rotana is simply outstanding! The location is unbeatable—right next to Masjid Umar Farooq and just steps from the Prophet’s Mosque. The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond with their warm hospitality. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of delicious choices. This hotel truly made my stay in Medina unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended!"
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it is very family-oriented and welcoming. The staff speak Arabic and Urdu, which made communication smooth and comforting for us. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. One of the highlights was the convenient shuttle bus service to the mosque, which made our stay even more stress-free. Overall, it felt like a home away from home and I would highly recommend it for families."
"The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins.
My second complaint is that my room window was facing a construction site, that went into full gear all through the night, and I am a pretty light sleeper, my earplugs helped a bit, I asked to change the room and they didn’t give me another one, glad it was a short stay.
The location is prime, accessible by car, and a moderately short walk to alharam. "
