We had an excellent stay at this hotel during our visit to Madinah. The room was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely PERFECT stay! I have just left this hotel and I am still completely charmed! Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. The staff are incredibly kind, always smiling, available and attentive — a warm welcome that makes all the difference. The cleanliness is impeccable: spotless room, perfectly fresh linen, common areas spotless. Nothing to complain about, everything is thought out down to the smallest detail. Strategic and ideal: just a few metres from the door of the Haram, you can reach it on foot in just a few moments. The room offers a magnificent view of the Haram, with no vis-à-vis whatsoever — no hotel blocks the view, which is extremely rare and precious. You can enjoy a clear and peaceful panorama, a true delight for the eyes and the heart. Honestly, I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed. It is a golden address, a real gem. Thank you for this moment, I will come back without the slightest hesitation!

I had an excellent experience staying here. The staffs were great. They have been extremely cooperative and tried to the best of their capacity to provide the best service possible.
