Because of the narrow streets, the hotel's surroundings are exceptionally calm, which makes it a peaceful spot to rest and relax. "Ruken Konagi is a beautiful old building in a convenient location. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the staff were very helpful. We asked for quit room so we were given a room upstairs on the 2nd floor. Only minor concerns most likely due to 2nd lloor is that we only had Luke warm or bit hotter than lukewarm water even after we reported concern. This is minor issue especially since it’s warm out. Ac worked very well. There’s was some wedding music but that’s to be expected in the downtown area.
Overall I would say dont hesitate and book its very good value and good people hosting you. "
"Family run accommodation. Very eager to please. Free underground parking provided for my motorbike nearby. Option for free motorbike parking right outside the front door that looked safe. Had a/c, hot water. A bit dated but the price was very good and the service was great. A mosque across the street so call to prayers was loud. "
