This was our first stay at Aynur Hanim Konagi and it was absolutely perfect! The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed talking to them and spending time at the hotel. I look forward tn coming back soon! Teşekkürler arkadaşlar.

The hotel's location is good, with the city center and various attractions within easy reach. However, the room I stayed in is in dire need of renovation. The mattresses are completely sagging, causing me to wake up with back pain. Furthermore, the shower door is missing, leaving the entire bathroom wet after showering. The Wi-Fi isn't working well. The connection keeps dropping out, even though the room is located right next to reception. My booking stated that parking was free. Upon arrival, a staff member pointed me to several parking spaces. After parking, I discovered as I was leaving that the parking attendant demanded payment because they didn't have a partnership with the hotel. When I reported this to reception, they confirmed it, even though they had directed me to the parking spot themselves. Due to the poor service and lack of comfort, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience

Our room was not clean. Bathroom walls covered with mold. Towel was torn with holes in it! Folded bed was stored in the room. Far from being acceptable as a “boutique”. Owner was nice but the facility itself is in a bad condition. Massive construction across the street made our morning very noisy. We meant to stay two nights but left after one night. Very disappointing experience.

Невероятно понравилось это место. Красивый старинный особняк, переделанный под небольшую гостиницу. Каждая комната имеет своё особенное название, отображающее материал, которым она декорирована (например, медь, перламутр, серебро). Не ожидайте увидеть классические номера. Здесь будет хорошо любителям истории и искусства. Гостеприимные и милые управляющие. Есть небольшая кухня, где можно сделать себе кофе/чай. Местоположение отличное, недалеко от исторического центра. Напротив интересное красивое задание - бывшая православная армянская церковь и нынешняя мечеть, очень эффектно выглядит.

Great staff. One of the rooms was siding the office and sound insulation is bad, you could hear them surely vice versa. The wooden stair from the room to the bathroom is very unsafe. Suite doors are double doors and do not lock properly. The stairs riser, leading to 2, are too high. Location and neighbourhood is average.
