I think the management was not as flexible as them we wanted to get normal receipts for our payment and it took so long and very difficult to make. "On the first night of our stay, the receptionist kept calling us if we were going to show up because we were out late and hadn't checked in earlier. Overall the service was welcoming but the room was tighter than seen in the picture and just an ordinary room without anything.
