"Beautiful property almost on the lake with private access. We had the cowboy romance room which is very spacious and comfortable. Great staff, breakfast delivered every morning to each cottage. Excellent deli and market right next to the property with amazing food and drinks. Restaurants nearby and tahoe city 5 min drive. All in all 10/10 property. Wish it was pet friendly. That’s the only downside. "

"The location is fantastic. We had a great stay because we could walk everywhere, to the Lake, Sylva restaurant, Lighthouse Spa, Za's Pizza. The room was fine, but pretty basic, not as nice as the South Lake Tahoe Basecamp. It was great to have a fire pit in the evenings."

"Stayed here in late March and we got lucky that there was still a little bit of snow to go sledding. Our room was not cleaned very well. Dusty and sheets didn’t smell fresh. Outdoor pool can be upgraded. No chairs and lots of missing/broken tiles. "

"While the location is wonderful, the house is neglected. There was a notice at the house from the County that the house is in violation of local ordinance on short term rentals. There was food left outside in a plastic container and there was a mouse as an additional guest throughout our stay. We called about the mouse but nothing was done."
