This property is not a studio, it is a hotel room. Upon my arrival the keycard did not work. The room is extremely outdated, the cabinet doors were falling off the bathroom cabinets, the bathroom countertop was heavily stained, and there was one fork and two coffee filters in the room. The Wifi only worked for one day of my five day stay. The property manager was VERY difficult to communicate with, and they made promises they did not keep. I could not wait to leave. I advise future guests to find other resorts in North Lake Tahoe.

Check in was a challenge, not great lighting for evening. Found the main desk and thankfully someone there gave us a better map to our room. No card key in the lockbox so we had to call the 800 number, after 25 minutes we were directed back to the front desk and they were able to give new card keys.
