הריביירה האיטלקית.
מלון מאוד בסיסי, נמצא בתוך מבואה של בניין, חדרים מיושנים, מיטות קשות, ארוחת בוקר בסיסית ונחמדה. נחמד ללילה במהלך הטיול. קרוב לסאן רמו, טיילת וחוף ים יפה כחמש דקות הליכה מהמלון.

uno dei peggiori hotel in siamo stati. Camera situata sopra hai motori dei frigoriferi rumorosi ed accesi tutta la notte. Servizio colazione molto scarso. Accoglienza e simpatia non sanno dove sta di casa

tres bon rapport qualité prix
personnel charmant, hotel très propre. Parking devant l'hotel et avec caméra. L'hotel aurait besoin d'un peu de rénovation mais pour le prix c'est très bien.

Vraiment très bien, propre et bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux ! Le personnel est sympathique. Seul bémol, les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées.

Falta de flexibilidad con los clientes
No es para el hotel es para hoteles.com que pudo perfectamente cambiarme la reserva de junio a julio ya que por un error se me fue esa fecha y no fueron capaces de hacerlo, manifestaron todo el momento que no habían podido comunicarse con el propietario y era lo más de fácil, yo les escribí y al momento me contestaron diciendo que eso lo podía hacer hoteles.con por haberlo comprado por ese medio

Personale cordiale..disponibile e simpatico...camera ben riscaldata...colazione variegata e abbondante...disponibile anche x pranzo e cena con piatti molto buoni...ci ritornerò... lo consiglio se avete voglia di un po di semplicità e relax..è il posto giusto!

Albergo comodo sia per soggiornare ad Arma di Taggia che per visitare i dintorni della Riviera di Ponente Ligure. Albergo vicino al centro città, non lontano dalla spiaggia e vicino alle vie di comunicazione principali. L'albergo è pulito, ma la struttura è molto molto datata, anche se ben tenuta.

Il prezzo pagato è troppo alto 89,€ a notte ma in realtà l’hotel ha incassato 74€ quindi giusto per l’hotel ma carissimo la quota trattenuta da Hotel.com

Personale gentile e disponibile, ambiente essenziale e pulito, peccato che il telecomando che fa aprire e chiudere le tapparelle comanda il movimento di più stanze e quindi improvvisamente la tapparella si muove a piacimento di altri...assolutamente da correggere!

Hotel cher payé quand on est sur place déception : petit déjeuner médiocre peu de choix, jus de fruit en machine, café pas bon... la literie est mauvaise vieux matelas inconfortable et le lit superposé pour les enfants sommier en ressort, inconfortable également et bruyant. J'ai du faire changer mon matelas tellement j'avais mal au dos au bout de 2 nuits. J'ai enfin cru que j'allais mieux dormir mais 4 jeunes ont séjourner dans la chambre à côté de moi et quand ils rentraient de boîte de nuit, ils criant, parlaient fort, tapaient dans les murs, jouaient avec le volet électrique une horreur. Malgré plusieurs plaintes de ma part au personnel de l'hôtel rien n a changé et ce pendant 4 nuit jusqu'à la fin de mes vacances. Aucun geste commercial à été appliqué alors que j'y ai dormi et mal dormi 8 nuits, un budget de 820 euros. De plus l'hotel n'est pas fort en service on ne peu pas boire un spritz ou autre cocktail... seul point fort propreté de la chambre.

Le séjour c'est bien passé le personnel est accueillant, par contre mal isolé entre chaque chambre sinon dans l'ensemble ça va large choix pour le déjeuné (viennoiserie fraiche, quelques fruits frais)
