Had only one elevator going, no coffee in the room. They only have coffee from 4-7am then you have to go to the restaurant and buy coffee. The restaurant is closed on sundays and the staff at the desk was not very helpful at all.

We had two complaints: the first is that there was an issue at check-in where they initially couldn't accept any of our credit cards, despite them being perfectly valid. Apparently this was somehow related to booking through Expedia, ...
