"The place was great just really poor train staff for the place , there were a few employees that knew what they were doing and you can tell they had experience, you don’t have to be an expert but manners and professional go a long way, we were lucky we hand great interactions with some more experienced staff to give this place a chance again"

"Staff were excellent. A few minor issues (iron leaking, phone not working in room, lock not working properly). The room was “clean”. The carpets could use a shampoo along with the couch which had multiple stains and spots. Overall it was comfortable enough. "

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms definitely need a facelift. Very musty old carpet, my bedroom door was falling off the hinges, tons of patchwork/damage to walls/doors, old furniture. Even just changing furniture and slapping some cheap flooring down would be a huge help. It’s in a safe area, and not a bad place to stop and rest for a night or two, but if you’re looking for something updated this is not for you. I didn’t mind it, I only needed to sleep two nights here for work, and I’m not much of a hotel snob. But I would say for the price, I expected a little more. "

"Excellent resort accommodation with many things to do with the family! During our 4-night stay, we enjoyed the swimming pools, game room, mini-golf, cinema ,playground, fire pit and on-site restaurant for take-out. Great location for area attractions such as Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. We will be return-guests. "

"There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. It seemed pretty good. The only things I didn’t like was our room smelled musty and sour. Also, the shower curtain needs to be replaced. There were some rips on it. "

"I stayed here exactly 2 years ago for about the same amount of time(5 days/4 nights) and back then it was 5 stars. This stay was definitely not up to par. The breakfast was ok, when it was even out there!!! Most of the time, there was none of the food that my son and i normally get, either they need to better regulate how much people take, or restock all of the food better!!!"
