However, the Aysel Hanim Konaĝı Hotel and related other hotels belonging to the same group company weren't able to manage the business proprerly and their advertised features were not present at all. Especially, no wi-fi, no proper security features, basic items such as toilet paper, towels were missing. The refrigrator...

Gelirken ne bir hoşgeldin, giderken ne de bir hoşçakalın… odalar rezerve ederken aile odası diye yazılmış ama bir kişi bile zor sığılabilecek küçüklükte. Tuvalet bir kişinin bile sığacağı kadar bile bir alana sahip değil ve odanın orta yerinde üstten kapanmayan bir kapısı vardı. Odalar rutubetli dar ışıksız...
