The room was clean the stuff was amazing they were extremely helpful. Parking is a real struggle in mardin but they helped us to find parking. It was a great experience we had. We only wish they had crib for baby it will be better but we managed it well.

Mirisso konak bir otelden öte, kendi eviniz gibi. Aileniz gibi. İlgi, alaka muhteşemdi. Evimizde gibi hissettik, odalar çok güzel, çok temiz. Bir daha gidecek olsam yine Mirissoyu tercih ederim. Çok memnun kaldık. 3 gece boyunca evimizde gibiydik, otelden öte aile sıcaklığında bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiyemdir.

Özellikle araç bırakma aşamamızdan çıkış anımıza kadar bizimle özenle ilgilenen Ahmet Beye, gece sorumlusu ferhat beye teşekkür ederiz. Oda oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Her detay gerektiği aşamada düzenlenmişti. Kahvaltı yeterliydi.

Oda bakımsız arkadaşlar bazı konularda yardımcı oldular ama otelde klima çalışmıyor sadece elektrikli ısıtıcı var idi ayrıca sıcak suyu gecenin birinde duş almak istediğimde 5 dakika açmama rağmen yoktu bizde yok diye düşünerekten kullanamadık gecenin o saatinde görevli hiç kimse yoktu yanımızda bebek vardı tavsiye etmiyorum iki gece aldık bir gece zor konuşmayı ertesi sabah çık

Personelin ilgi ve alakası çok iyiydi. Ne rica ettiysek hızlıca yerine getirdiler. Konaklama güzeldi, hijyenikti kendi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Klimanın çalışmıyor olması ve yatakların daha rahat olmaması sadece negatif durumdu ama onun yerine elektrikli ısıtıcı biraz yetersiz kaldı. Genel anlamda fiyatının karşılığını veren bir konaklama oldu çalışanlara tekrardan teşekkür ederim.

Ein wundervolles Hotel! Mirissimo Konak in Mardin verbindet historische Architektur mit modernem Komfort. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und sehr sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig und köstlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche Personal, das den Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht. Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Das Hotel überzeugt nicht nur durch seine tolle Lage, sondern vor allem durch die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bot allen Komfort, den man sich wünscht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gemütliche Bett – wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Auch das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: reichhaltig, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das gesamte Personal ist aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln für die Gäste da. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Service gelegt wird. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
