"Soft and comfy bed and polite check in staff. There was an issue with the room next doors room alarm going off despite no one staying in the room (per the receptionist) and it took about 45 mins for them to turn off so that did disrupt the sleep but over all, the location is convenient, the room clean and bed comfy. We didnt have breakfast there but together shuttle back to the airport which was handy"

"After checking in at 4:00 PM, I was eager to get some rest after a long flight, but the constant noise of planes taking off and landing kept me awake until past 10:00 PM. This hotel is not suitable for those seeking a good night’s sleep. Also, the carpeted hallways are not ideal for dragging heavy suitcases. The staff, however, were very helpful."

"The hotel had some renovation going on outside but did not cause any problems. Our room was very nice - only complaint is that the lighting is TOO dim. No place to relax and read a book. We were not able to try out breakfast as we had to catch an early shuttle - which was very convenient! The hotel does have a bar which we did stop at the night we checked in. Emerald was the desk clerk and bartender. What a sweetheart! It had been a really long day and she was bright and cheerful and helpful."

"I do not remeber the representative's name but she was a black woman with shkrt hair and wore glasses, she was Extremely nuce and very helpful! My stay was very nice as the rooms were also nice and clean. I would stay again. They have a nice lobby that has a restaurant and bar and area for watching a large screen tv, it was a vibe to chill there for a while after we explored the city before going back up to my room"
