Step inside to find the light-filled open plan living area - a spacious sofa means there's plenty of room to join together for a spot of TV come evening, and it can be converted to sleep two more children upon request. Guests can whip up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen and have meals at the central dining table, making use of supermarkets right downstairs. Open the sliding doors and allow the natural breezes to steam through, and enjoy an afternoon on the balcony, watching as the sky changes hue overhead.
Sleep easy within two immaculate queen-sized bedrooms. Both come dressed in hotel quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and feature built-in wardrobes for storing your belongings. The first bedroom benefits from direct access to the balcony. Within the modern bathroom, you'll find a combination of bathtub and shower, to help you feel refreshed, while an internal laundry adds to your everyday convenience.
The property is situated within a complex that includes access to multiple pools and gyms. Please note that access to/maintenance of the common facilities like gyms, pools, BBQ areas, parks and others is controlled by building management and they can be closed without prior notice to owners.
Secure undercover parking is provided for one car.
HOUSE RULES: *Check-in: After 3:00 pm *Checkout: 10:00 am *No smoking *No pets allowed *No parties or events *If you book for 4 people or less but require the use of the 3rd bed (sofa bed), there will be an additional charge of $70 for this extra linen. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can set this up for you!
ADDITIONAL RULES: *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*This property is suitable for babies or children. A cot and highchair is available at the home. However we do not provide the linen for the cot.
*Please note that we supply just the one set of linen for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already included as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom.
*This property comes with a dedicated undercover parking spot for 1 vehicle. Parking height is restricted for vehicles up to 2.2 metres.
