Unfortunately, we did not receive any requests from your reservation for a high floor, however we did give you a complimentary upgrade to our Two Bedroom Executive Suite. I have noted in your profile for your future stays that you do prefer a higher floor, as we will try our best to allocate your room should we have availability. Additionally, regarding the lights in the spa, we will notify our building manager to ensure that this is looked at. Depending on the time that you entered the pool area, as the pool closes after 10 pm the lights in the pool area will be switched off and only turn back on at 6 am. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. Having all the choices of restaurants, cafes and services attached to our hotel, sadly can come at a cost of sharing essential services, such as the emergency system.
