Skye Suites Parramatta is a beautiful architectural designed hotel. It’s has gorgeous practical spacious rooms to stay in with so many parking options to choose from that won’t break your budget all just steps away from the entrance. Great amenities especially the stunning pool area. You can either stay in the building and simply stay and experience dinning at a restaurant called Bayti where you will experience the most delicious banquet you’ll ever have. Or walking distance to so many restaurants bars and entertainment Parramatta has to offer.

Spa and sauna were great! The studio queen room was amazing with kitchenette. Loved the small dining table as well, very simple and modern feel. Loved the “hidden” cupboards. Very pleasant room to stay in. Although the carpet felt a little gritty walking around barefoot, but it was fine.

Perfect
Myself and two friends stayed at Skye recently for a festival close by. We all arrived from various places interstate in the morning, we arrived at Skye and asked if they could hold our bags while we wasted some time before check in. They allowed us to check in early at no extra charge instead. Room was clean, had coffee machine, everything we needed. Really comfortable beds. We also loved the rooftop bar and all staff were super helpful with everything. We loved our stay!

There was a confusion with the room rate, Skye suites charge a different rate than Expedia. Since I had already paid when I booked with Expedia I didn't have to pay anything at the Hotel.

We arrived to the "limited parking" which was completely blocked off and informed that typically when a request is made for parking they will contact but that didnt take place and they claimed their parking was booked and it was first come first serve even though there were spaces available just bollarded. We were recommended to park elsewhere in secure parking were overnight both our cars were broken into. Upon contacting management they advised its their policy and that wont change. Curious how they can claim its first come first serve for bookings when half of their carpark was empty for visitors but inaccessible. Wouldnt recommend staying here for the fact that they cannot accomodate to their guests and provide available parking spots that are secure in such a dangerous area.

A group of 6 recently stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment to attend a fesitival. The hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating. We wrre able to pay for our stay and drop our car ans luggage, and collect our dpor key upon pur return in the wee hours of the morning due to the 24hr reception. It really was a stress free experience, we will be back. Comfy pillows too.

The property was great, great location amd close by to what we needed. We did get upgraded feom a king to a 2 bedroom unit. However we feel tgat the king would of been better as the 2 bedroom felt closed in and cluttered. Felt like the furnishings were all just shived in. B7t apart from that we really liked the hotel and will definitely stay there again of in Parramatta.

There was so many things wrong with this room. - we werent advised the pool was not able to be used until we got there to checkin (wouldve been nice to know this before as that was one thing we wanted to use on our stay) - the sofa in our room and carpet had huge stains on it - the glasses in the cupboard were so dirty and disgusting we had to wash them by hand - the air conditioning made such a loud sound the whole time - the sink in the bathroom would clog - the balcony door was so hard to open and close it was almost as though it was off the hinges - we went out for dinner and came back and our card didnt allow us back into the building thank god security was inside to let us in even he tried our card and it didnt work we also have photos - i dont think i would ever stay here again.

I loved the balcony and having the expresso machine to make a proper coffee. The shampoo and all the wash lotions smelled amazing and were good quality, I like how the place was provided with quality items. It was also very quiet and nice and clean.

Extremely welcoming and polite staff This has by far been the best hotel i have stayed in in sydney and i come every month I have stayed almost in every recommended and rated hotel and this by far takes the cake For its value for money For its welcoming For its hospitality For it staffs attitude from the minute they greet you To the second you check out and even after This is probably 1 of very and i mean very few i will deffinatley come back to and cant wait too at that This deserves a 6/5

Great new amenities, centrally located in Parramatta close to station and shopping mall. Comfortable suite with well thought out layout and comes with laundry machine & dryer. Using the basement parking we could drive in-and-out of reserved spot for $35/night. Will be back again!

This was advertised as a 5 star hotel but I’ve stayed in 3 stars that were cleaner & much more comfortable. The beds were awful, lounge like a rock, air con noisy, no iPad, iPod dock, robes or slippers. No spare blankets or pillows. Towels worn & old. I could go on but let’s just say I would not recommend.
