Great location. Close to transportation and restaurants. Very comfortable for 6 people with all necessary amenities. Would highly recommend this unit.

Wished we had more time at the property. Well kept a few negatives - basement garage is too narrow to navigate if you have a bigger/ wider car, balcony could be tidier & bedroom downstairs could have a better bed with a proper head board.

The penthouse is just as advertised. Absolutely gorgeous. There were 3 of us and it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so the privacy afforded each person was absolutely perfect. The balcony was not fully clean (cobwebs) but it was a bit cold anyway so we didn't use it. Otherwise, great space, awesome location, perfect for my family. Thanks for having us!

We have had mixed luck when renting properties and so it was a huge relief to arrive at this apartment and find it clean and well equipped. The apartment is very well located for Crows Nest and for access to public transport. There is off road parking and the building itself is well maintained and quiet. Unfortunately there is a huge building development underway directly opposite which was noisy and a bit invasive, but other than that our stay was very pleasant. The Owners were lovely and very helpful during our stay - including when we unhelpfully lost a set of keys.
Highly recommend for those looking for a well placed apartment from which to have access to all the best that Sydney has to offer.

The property really suited having a few teens. We got the downstairs and they had upstairs. Plenty of space and great location to everything. Nice to also have balconies to be able to sit outdoors. Very happy with our choice.
