Everything good except the huge pillows on which we could not sleep. So had no pillow as there were no smaller/ softer pillows available. (Irony here is pillow case had " soft" written on.) All else great. But, please, can your hotels stop lining every receptacle with plastic bags. Am sure you can think up a better rubbish system for the environment.

My first stay at this hotel. It is very impressive from the reception, concierge and quality and all services. Management are doing an excellent job indeed Thank you Sam and all front of house staff. Nothing is too much, they try to excel at everything they do, Thank you Adam for all your help and patience. The whole place is amazing. Definitely a 8 ⭐️ hotel, I will be back indeed. Breakfast is just continental, it should be mentioned at booking stage, so i wouldnt habe paid for that. Thats the only disappointment.

The best stay we have had in a hotel ever! We stayed in a beautiful suite with amazing views and so clean. The facilities are great with a roof top pool and bar that had a great drinks menu. The service was excellent among the hotel and restaurant staff, they were genuinely friendly and happy to help. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Early check in, the spaciousness of the room, Daniel who checked us in on front desk, 😀 Breakfast in the lovely coffee shop down stairs were all great, really had trouble faulting this motel, If i did i would have to say the chase lounge on the balcony needed a really good clean

Excellent Sydney hotel with family of 5
This hotel is fabulous. Beautiful, very large room, to fit family of 5 easily. Rooftop pool is amazing, with views to the city. Especially nice at night. Highly recommend.

It was average stay, for the price stag it was spacious room, clean. Even though room with a private balcony but no chair or table for sitting, that was a shame, won't be comfortable for longer stay. Not sure I liked the premium room with tile cold floor. Like the pool though but would be better it was cleaned overnight as rubbish was picked up here and there during the swim. Staff - hmmm pretty much lack of hospitality manners - more like guests greeting them then the other way round. Some basic training would be helpful.

A very lovely hotel with extremely helpful staff. Great location- not too far to Sydney Olympic Park or Darling Harbor & CBD Large spacious room Onyx is a fabulous restaurant as is the cafe -both are in house Parking onsite is great Our only little inconvenience was our TV & IPad didn’t work We would definitely stay here again

Had a bit of a horrific stay. Lights started to flash at about 1am in the morning on the second night. I had to run out of the room to notice that I was the only one affected. I called reception and they told me that's okay, it happens when dimmable lights are close to off but I was sleeping, I didn't touch those lights. In the end, it was an issue with the power switches turning off and on. I was given another room and it was a downgrade. There were also some issues with the AC turning off/on randomly and on the day before the lights flashing I seen some sparks when turning off/on the washroom lights. I wonder if that's ok, especially when someone leaves the washrooms after a shower with his/her hands wet. Anyway, I've been given a smaller downgraded room and no managers or superiors came to me to explain the situation nor did I complain... maybe I should've. I did however manage to speak with someone from reception one night before I left and I was given 10% off food. Yeah, not being able to sleep that night and the flashbacks I had from horror movies (lol) + jetlag coming from the UK was only a 10% off food consolation for a day worth about 5$. I did however appreciate the late checkout that I was offered, unfortunately I had to leave early for my flight next morning. The staff I also noticed was a bit careless, especially the room cleaners when walking around. In a nutshell, perhaps I was just unlucky but this one of the worst stays I had ever and if I count $ paid.

Long weekend stay.
Location, cleanliness and comfort of this hotel is very good. Transport clsoe plus lots of cafes and restuarants in a short walk. Rooftop bar and heated pool is great. The breakfast in the restuarant is not with slow serivice and the self serevice area being too small to cater when even a medium size group arrives. Insufficient staff at breakfast and some had to leave after 30 minutes as the hot order had not arrived. Hopefully this can be sorted as everything else is good.

Perfect place to stay. Location was great for me to easily walk to Strathfield Private Hospital. Surrounded by Restaurants n Cafés, park across the road, bus stop at the door, train station n easy walk not to mention Westfield shopping mall a 2 minute walk. Worked out perfect.
