This small 2-bedroom house is perfect for short or long trips, business or pleasure. We provide everything you need to have a comfortable & pleasant stay. We provide a washing machine and dryer, fully equipped.

This House is perfectly positioned halfway between Sydney’s CBD & the Blue Mountains, so getting around is super easy. Another great benefit is that Sydney’s International Airport is only 45 mins. Something I highly recommend to do is to take a day trip to the beautiful Blue Mountains, Great for walks, wildlife & waterfalls.

Required a place close to work and this place was perfect. Nice and cosy as it states and quite private. Owner was great with communication. Recommend that f staying in the area.

Perfect home

Great place to stay with everything you need. Very clean, modern and reaĺly comfortable, especially the beds. Owners have thought of it all. The owners were lovely and really helpful. Close to shops. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

St Marys unit

Clean and modern unit with everything supplied to cater to guests. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to any queries we had. Quiet location and easy access to travel into the city or the Blue Mountains. Highly recommend.

The "Comfy small house" was well presented and in excellent condition. Everything was provided for a smooth and trouble free stay. After hours check in was no problem. Conveniently located, 10 min drive to shops, less for dining options, the house was in a quiet location with easy access to parking. I would definitely recommend a stay.

Thank you Neri and Michael for a wonderful stay. You have created a meticulous home away from home with all the little extras plus more ...... complete with smiley faces! It all made for such a comfortable stay. Bed was super comfy too. You were awesome to deal with which just completed the great experience. 😁 . Will definitely book again next time we are up this way without hesitation. Area was quiet and safe and super convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Great value for money. Thank you for the extra effort you clearly put into this lovely little home.

COSY - COMFY- Home away from Home!

We arrived early morning, When we walked in to this little cosy home, we felt at home, we went straight and laid on the comfy beds, we were soo happy we booked the this place. This home has everything you need, we loved the gated property, we felt safe and secured and it was good if the kids were outside playing. The property is clean and cosy, in good and safe area, all main shops are within 10min drive or less. The owners/host were absolutely amazing every step of the way, right from booking to departure. I contacted them late at night for a certain reason, with a very prompt response, we could relax an continue to enjoy our stay. We also had a bit of an emergency upon check out, they were quick to assist with a later checkout. Which saved us BIG time! We definitely recommend this property for your future stay in Sydney. AbsolutelyAmazing!!! Thanks Michael and Neri 😀 Best by far!
