"The room was spotless beautiful well-designed very comfortable bed and we have everything possible that we needed the towels were fluffy and smelled good very mice comfortable outside private sitting area it was better than five star hotel and very reasonable price and it's in a very good area the hostess was very gracious helpful and she was very sweet we will definitely go back and will recommend to anyone ."

"Check in was at 4pm and at 405 I still had not received any check in instructions. I texted and called host and about 10-15 minutes later got a text with door code. House suited our needs. Had just the basic necessities. Only had closets to put clothes in so we lived out of our suitcases for 9 days. Pool was okay. House just needs some TLC. We have stayed in many houses and condos all over Florida and never have had any lizards inside unit. This house had a pretty good size lizard that we found in bathroom and then a baby lizard in bedroom floor. Will probably not stay here again."

"It was a little too cool to enjoy the pool, but the Lanai was awesome in the evenings. The view of the lake fro. Tye lanai and the dock was amazing. Even saw a few alligators swimming."

"Booked this property for family coming in for a memorial. While the property was clean and adequate for the required stay, the it's is quite rundown and many items were broken, missing or in disrepair. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were tiny, but again, clean. However, as stated many items in and around the property were not great. For example, all the lights leading up the pathway are broken but one; it looks like someone ripped off the panel box and tried to cut wires on the side of the house; the medicine cabinet in the bathroom was missing the door; there are random repairs on the walls inside that haven't been covered or painted; the AC return is held closed with painters tape; and the screens on the back patio were punched out, etc.That said the property was clean and tidy, comfortable, and was adequate for the needs of our guests. It was close to our location, a jaunt down Hwy 60 from the interstate, and near any store, food, or accommodation you could ask for. The hosts were communicative and made check in and out an easy process. "

"Everything was great, my family and friends enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well supplied and the hosts were very responsive. I would definitely rent this property again. (Hopefully during a warmer season) lol. Two things that I would recommend is getting new pool table sticks tips all but one was missing. In addition to clearer instructions for heating the pool or spa. The instructions provided were not very clear or should I say user friendly. "
