"We used to live in Brandon so we thought it would be fun to go back to visit family & friends. This house was perfect for entertaining with the extra-large screened in lanai and huge pool. The fenced in back yard was also big enough for the dogs and grandkids to run around! The entire house was perfectly clean with comfortable beds and a large open kitchen and family room. We had fun shooting pool in the separate game room including the Pac Man arcade! We especially liked the convenience of being able to park in the garage. The location was great as was the communication with the owner. We would definitely go back!"

"This property was an absolute dream! The house is incredibly nice – clean, comfortable, modern, and so quiet. The Valrico/Bloomington area is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Carlos was a fantastic host, very communicative and accommodating. Honestly, this was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely be back!"

"Stayed here for a trip to Sun & Fun airshow and had an excellent time. Plenty of space for me and the guys, backyard and patio area were just perfect for relaxing afterwards & cooling off in the pool. No chemical smell there btw, I think it’s saltwater pool & was clean and nice. Will definitely look to stay here next time, clean, good design sense, quality furnishings, been in the host family for ages and you can tell it’s well loved."

"We rented this property due to the proximity to family locally but we were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to several restaurants, a Publix, coffee shop and lots more!! The house looks like an older ranch on the outside, however inside it’s more modern and cute. We had our 2 very small grandchildren with us and there was not a ton of things to take up to keep out of their hands. There was 6 adults for us and the two children and plenty of space! The outside space was nice with plenty of seating and pool floats. We had one minor issue when we first arrived and the owner jumped right on it and it did not affect our stay at all. Great communication! We enjoyed this stay and would definitely stay again and recommended it to other family members from out of state"

"What a lovely home and a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the privacy the home brought being tucked back and nestled into the golf course. The living room had a very relaxing and calming feel. And the lanai was a great place to eat breakfast and enjoy our iced coffee. Our kids enjoyed the fooseball table and even learned to play chess during our stay. The extra touch of games brings a fun element when traveling with kids. We had plenty of room as a family of six. It is always a good sign when you stay in a home and can easily see yourself living there. Would love to stay here again. "
