Booked the 2 bedroom Sky suite for weekend away. Checkin was fast and welcoming. Apartment was on the 28 th floor. Great size for a family with two bathrooms. Prior to our arrival we requested a cot for our 1 year old. Cost was an additional $10. This was all sorted and in our room on arrival. We were also provided a baby bath and products ( this was unexpected but very appreciated). Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all well cleaned. The only thing that could have been cleaned better were the floor boards. I was really looking forward to using the outdoor pool today, but I didn’t realise that they weren’t suited to my accessibility needs. The outdoor pool was deep and only accessible by ladder style stairs. This is not possible with a baby when accompanied by mobility issues. I decided to then move to the indoor pool, hoping it was more accessible, only to find you had to go up a flight of stairs to get to the pool. Again with a baby, a pram and mobility issues - this wasn’t possible. I think that it’s really unfortunate that in this day and age hotels haven’t better planned there accessibility of all areas. All in all though the apartment was great. Just very disappointing that the pools are not at accessible!

This is NOT a five star hotel. Its not serviced apartments or suites, because to be called this you are meant to receive services! 5night 7day stay the room was serviced once bathrooms where not cleaned during this service, the linen wasnt changed floors NOT vacuumed, all that was done was towels replaced with new and general rubbish and even then not all was removed. On arrival we asked for a trolley for our bags where told they didn't have one. We arrive at 3.30pm to find both rooms booked NOT available. The house keeping then checked the room and 1 room was ready not the other we went up, the room from afar looked clean but floors where dirty bathroom was not cleaned properly. Second room was ready at 4.00pm and again floors where NOT CLEAN! We where not told that the rooms where only being serviced every 3days after they had already taken full payment for the room. And to then go upstairs to find them unclean was the tip. I went to reception to organise someone to bring the bags up on the trolly that they had finally after half an hour found and was told to take it up myself we dont do that here! We got into the rooms and tried to just make the most of our hoilday. However that didn't happen. The 5 star hotel has 4 lifts and only 3 where working and 1 is for hotel staff only! So it was a 15 to 20min wait for every lift! when i went down why aren't all the lifts working was told it regularly doesn't work Not 5 Stars 3.5star serviced apartments at5 star rate

The property is good for a short stay and would not recommend for long stay. The room was not perfectly clean and the condition of the room was below average. The communication was satisfactory as they provided the required information. There are heaps of restaurants and take-away joints for food. The area is really safe and the people around the property were courteous.

The room was beautiful, however it stunk like an ash tray and there were cigarettes and liquor bottles under the bed. The night we arrived, we encountered a s roots safety issue when another guest was throwing frozen oranges and yoghurt containers from a high balcony, and one of the oranges nearly hit my friend and I. We alerted security who was returning from his lunch break but he didn’t seem to care. When we returned from dinner that evening, we went to let reception know and the security guard was there was another guard. They essentially fobbed us off and said that people had been throwing things since 2pm and they couldn’t do anything about it and we can call the police if we have a problem with it. In saying this, we let the person at reception know as we checked out, and he was sincerely sorry and seemed to care, which was much appreciated. Overall this was not a good experience and we would not recommend staying here. I also would expect a call from the property manager or from Meriton head office.

It is unacceptable that a brand in this caliber failed with very basics of cleaning. A dirty Bed Linen /Towels and Bathroom are NO NO.

The staff were lovely however two out of 4 lifts were out of order, this delayed us coming and going by 15-20 minutes each time we were coming and going. the room was dirty and we paid for parking due to the apartments being surrounded by construction works which made things difficult to come and go from the property in the heavy rain. Nice café downstairs and view to the city. Central location.

This apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. I was on the 9th floor with a balcony(table and 2 chairs).Apart from a large wetroom and bedroom the large lounge had dining area, sitting area and complete kitchen .Equipment included a dishwasher ,microwave and hob with an enclosed laundry area.

The cleanliness in and around this property was disgusting. The entrance the lifts, Foyers and rooms were below expedition. Dust and dirt everywhere. 2 of the pillow cases had dirt marks on them, complained and were not attended too! Will not be staying at this property again.
