"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we will stay again. I'm very particular and this hotel is clean and well kept. The breakfast is standard, but good and well stocked. The only negative is that the pillows are half the size of a standard pillow. So, make sure to haul your own pillows along."

"The hot tub was very nice to relax,but the Jets weren't able to go on the switch for them was busted. The room was very nice except there was no light in the bedroom area only a lamp for light which worked fine. Breakfast was good had a warm biscuits eggs and sausage with along with toast. Forgot to pack Tylenol and they had some in the vending machines but it was quite expensive. Overall experience was good except when we went to check in with our name and ID we were told we didn't have a room and had to go to the second Baymont 10 minutes away in downpouring rain, just to be told that the original hotel was the one we were supposed to stay at. Front service ass got snippy with us and she put in the name on the ID correctly and showed that we did have a room Make sure to double check the confirmation email and if it isn't correct due insist that you have a stay. "

"Shower was broken, would not turn on. Called down, they told me I probably wasn't doing it correctly. I was pulling, and the handle is marked pull. They told me to pull harder, the handle was going to fall off if we pulled any harder. I asked for someone to come assist, they said there wasn't anyone that could do that (there were two of them at the desk). I asked for another room they said they were full. No one offered to help. Asked for a manager, they were also unavailable. Got up the next morning, asked for the manager they said he wasn't there. I left my number and asked for him/her to call me, no call back. The only thing they offered was for me to shower in the pool area which is only a curtain, you know while everyone swims around you. "
